Hunt Consulting & Testing Services, LLC, is a Pennsylvania based Small Business Enterprise (SBE) founded in 2016.

We provide our clients with consulting Civil/Pavement Engineering; pavement management and consulting; in-place pavement testing services; engineering data collection services; and roadside asset management and consulting services. We also provide our clients with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance surveys and analyses within the public right-of-way.

Based in the greater Harrisburg, PA area, we operate throughout the mid-Atlantic region in support of our clients.
